The Promotion Conference for Shandong Development Zones was held during the 6th Qingdao Multinationals Summit on June 18, during with the Shandong Xintai Economic Development Zone in Tai'an explored business opportunities.

This marked the first theme event focusing on Shandong's development zones in the history of the Qingdao Summit. The event attracted business organizations and multinational company guests from countries and regions such as Saudi Arabia, Japan, Germany, and Turkey, gathering to discuss the new vision for the high-quality development of Shandong's development zones.

During the meeting, representatives from the Saudi Arabian Southeast Asia Business Council, Wilayah, Mitsubishi Corporation, Tyson Foods, Metro, and other business organizations and multinational companies delivered speeches.

Five provincial development zones, including Xintai Economic Development Zone, conducted on-site promotions, launching the "Multinational Companies Enter Development Zones" series of activities. Official from the zone provided detailed introductions focusing on industrial ecology, innovative empowerment, and resource guarantees, achieving positive outcomes.

Following the event, several development zones engaged in discussions and exchanges with multinational companies, with many looking to deepen cooperation. This high level of engagement sets the stage for further collaboration and alignment between multinational corporations and Shandong's dynamic development zones.
